My Favorite Finds * Metromint Flavored Water* Weekend Edition

I LOVE this drink. Metromint has something good going on! I just happen to pick up a bottle at Good Earth on Thursday while out shopping. The Chocolate mint was the first flavor I tried. It is my favorite so far. I was expecting an OK tasting flavored water. You know the kind that we see around all the time But NO OH NO this water is AMAZING! You have to give it a try. A perfect drink for those who don't want the calories or artificial sweeteners but want a ton of flavor. I am going to go broke buying it because it is my new addiction. These are the comments from my kids " the flavor is the after taste it is so good!" "can we just go buy a whole case of this stuff ?!" Wow mom I thought this was going to be gross like that other water stuff you buy." So far we have tried the Orange Mint Chocolate Mint Spearmint and the Peppermint. I can't wait to try the Cherry Mint and the Lemon Mint. Click here to see where you can buy it in your city. Here in The Valley you can find it at Good Earth Harmon's and Albertson's (if they have a natural food section). It is a perfectly refreshing water perfect for summer! Try it you will be very surprised.

P.S. No I am not getting paid to write this, it really is that good!
UPDATE: Harmon's has the four packs on sale this week.

Weekend Edition * Bubbles

I saw this Sony commercial on Black Eiffel. What an amazing experience to be able to walk & run through all those bubbles, to feel like a child again. Enjoy watching! It also reminded me of my boys enjoying some really fun bubble wands I found for Easter.

They create spaces that look real that look liveable & stylish blended together. From the French music to their six children & the beautiful picture of their family to their lovely mix of modern & traditional designs. It is just purely an inspiration to go to their site. This is the life I am referring to when I put up the Thereau quote today. Be inspired visit them Sixx Design.

Weekend Edition * Handbags Kenneth Cole

{
My New Handbag}

The other day my kids said to me "you know mom you need to get a bigger purse, everything keeps falling out of this one." They were right. I carry a date book, two leather note books for notes, ideas & for interviews for Sweet Life in the Valley & my wallet as well as all the other necessities. I found this beautiful leather scarlet colored bag by Kenneth Cole Reaction.It even has silver hardware which is sooo hard find. It is the perfect color of red-a nice cool tone red that matches everything. It has tons of room & a place for my cell phone & keys-the two thing that are forever lost in the bottom of a bag. Just wanted to share it will you all.

Weekend Edition * The Box Girls

{The Box Girls * Box of Questions}

If you have not seen these very cool very fun box of questions I would like to introduce you to them- The Box Girls. A couple of gals got together & created these great round boxes full of questions to get your friends & family connecting with each other. They come in subjects such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Girls Night, Slumber Party & Family Dinner among others. The Family Dinner would be a great idea for those Sunday dinner get togethers. If you aren't as naturally nosy as I am this is a good way to find out the goods on your friends & family, plus share stories & moments you might have missed without something to get the ball rolling. Enjoy your bonding moments!
